Our room at Katrapona had a balcony with a breathtaking sea view. It made me feel like I was in paradise! The free WiFi in all guestrooms was a lifesaver for someone like me who likes to stay connected. The extra large double bed in our room made for a comfortable and relaxing sleep. The private bathroom was clean and equipped with a hairdryer and free toiletries. I loved having an electric kettle in the room for a quick cup of tea. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The wardrobe in the room helped keep our belongings organized. It was a nice touch that bed linen and towels were provided.
Personally, I found the bath in the private bathroom a bit uncomfortable. But others may still enjoy it.

The hotel was perfectly located with a room overlooking the harbour. The staff, especially our host Itxaso, were really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The restaurant below the hotel offered excellent quality food, wine, and service. We also loved the proximity to the beach and the charming streets behind the hotel.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.

The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start off our days of exploring the Basque Region. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a perfect getaway.
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for children.
